The Status page is a human-readable summary. The latest lane evidence remains artifact-scoped: check sealed_catalog_latest.json, machine-state.json, and agent-manifest.json for their own generated_utc values.
FRESHNESS BUDGET: catalog regeneration and discovery-manifest regeneration are expected to land in the same public release window. If a summary surface diverges from lane artifacts, artifact-level generated_utc, hashes, and sealed catalog records take precedence over prose.
